The theme of our Spring Global Gatherings is how to live with resilience and hope as we face the anxiety and fears of our times. With wildfires, climate disasters, political challenges and refugee issues in many places, our Global Gatherings will review some of this international reality, along with current research and practices on helping the brain deal with anxiety and fear.
